In a move that feels both overdue and strangely on-brand, Lush Wine & Spirits is proud to announce the appointment of Nick Offerman as our new Director of Food Procurement.
Offerman will lead a refreshed approach to menu development, introducing the health-forward philosophy we’ve long discussed but never fully committed to. His focus centers on thoughtful sourcing, sustainability, and a renewed respect for ingredients—particularly those that can be traced back to a field, a forest, or at the very least, a convincing story.
Under his guidance, guests can expect a menu that values simplicity, restraint, and a slightly unnecessary level of seriousness when it comes to where things come from and how they’re prepared. We ask that you approach these changes with an open mind and, ideally, a working understanding of responsible agriculture.
